x10 ring / trx fly
x10 jumping lunges
x10 squat jumps
x10 press ups
x10 floor sprints
x10 mountain climbers
x10 burpies (with a press up)

I put this together today after some heavy olympic lifting and my lungs were on fire! Enjoy...

Try this 300 rep kettlebell workout for a full body training session. Be as explosive as possible!

X3 rounds for time:

X10 on each arm kettlebell swings.
X10 on each arm kettlebell cleans.
X10 on each arm kettlebell clean and press.
X10 on each arm kettlebell jerks.
X20 kettlebell push press.

This is a great workout for lower body explosive power and upper body strength.

Complete 3 Circuits of the following:

1min row as hard as you can
X10 sumo squat to box jumps
X10 kettlebell jerks
X10 box jumps bounding up to the box as fast as you can when you land
X10 barbell deadlifts
X10 single leg switching box jumps
X10 kettlebell clean and press

Post weights and box heights.
